Critical care, re-imagined
The Paperless ICU
Connected devices. Voice-enabled clinician workflows. One live patient view.
EKAYAA connects bedside devices, clinical systems and care-team interactions into Patient 360 - one live patient view that stays updated as care happens.
The critical care challenge
The patient changes continuously.
Clinician time is finite.
The challenge is not the availability of information.
It is bringing the right patient context together, without adding more work for the care team.
The EKAYAA Critical Care Platform
Patient 360
From bedside devices and hospital systems to one live patient view.
Monitors, ventilators and pumps. The EMR, labs and imaging. Rounds, bedside notes and handovers. EKAYAA brings all of it into Patient 360. The ICU record is built as care happens.
Connect
Medical device integration
Multi-manufacturer IoMT connects patient monitors, ventilators and infusion systems, with bedside data captured automatically.
Clinical systems integration
Connects EMR/HIS, labs and imaging so clinical information comes together in the same patient context.
Capture
AI-powered, voice-enabled clinical workflows
Rounds, bedside notes and handovers are captured by voice and structured as care happens.
Each assistant is the care team's interface to Patient 360.
Monitor & Coordinate
Continuous monitoring
Current and historical physiologic and therapy data remain available over time for clinical review.
Alerts & escalations
Configured sustained or significant changes can be detected, routed and escalated to the appropriate care team. Smart tasks, rounds and handover keep the care team coordinated around the same patient context.
What changes with EKAYAA
See how the patient is now.
See how the patient is changing.
One current patient picture
Vitals, therapies, labs, medications, notes and interventions come together in one place and stay updated as new information arrives.
Trajectory, not just snapshots
See how the patient is changing over time, alongside interventions and what followed.
Context across the care pathway
The same patient context remains available across bedside care, rounds, shifts and handovers.
Act on what matters
Smarter alerting helps reduce unnecessary noise while routing and escalating important changes to the appropriate care team.
One platform, built around the patient.
Patient 360 is a hospital-grade platform, deployed on-premises in critical care. It automatically captures information from all the devices, takes clinical documentation by voice at the point of care, and holds the patient's current state and trajectory.

Patient 360
One view per patient, updated as new information arrives. Six domains in one place: patient journey, vitals and trends, labs and imaging, notes and care plans, fluids and balance, medications and interventions. The same view at the bedside, on rounds and at handover.

Medical Device Integration (IoMT)
Patient monitors, ventilators and infusion pumps from multiple manufacturers, connected to Patient 360. Zero manual entry for integrated parameters. Near-zero transcription errors while streaming data from medical devices. New devices are integrated as they are introduced on the unit.

Clinician Workflows (AI Assistants)
Voice is the input; the structured record is the output. NINA and DIANA carry bedside notes, rounds and handovers into Patient 360. CLARA and IRIS bring laboratory and imaging results into the same view. Decisions remain with the clinician.

Integration Engine (HL7 · FHIR · DICOM)
HL7, FHIR and DICOM natively; device-native and custom protocols where required. Integration is bi-directional, so Patient 360 stays consistent with the hospital's EMR/HIS, laboratory and imaging systems. It does not replace them.
Security & Compliance
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 - Certified
Information Security Management · Certificate No. AMER501261
Independently certified to the international standard for information security management.
Audit Trail
Comprehensive logs of all user activities and data access for compliance audits and incident investigation.
Data Security
Encryption at rest and in transit for complete data protection.
RBAC
Role based access with dynamic permissions based on departments, shifts, and patient assignments.
On-Premises Deployment
Runs inside the hospital's own infrastructure. Patient data does not leave the hospital.
Our Story
Ekayaa was not born in a lab.
Ekayaa began in hospital corridors - with handwritten notes, repeated conversations, running between departments with files in hand - watching the reality unfold. Doctors drowning in information from disconnected systems. Nurses juggling endless tasks while manually documenting everything. Brilliant teams coordinating through memory, messaging, and paper notes.
We built EKAYAA to fix what we'd witnessed firsthand: the disconnect between people, data, and systems that steals time from care. Our platform brings bedside devices, hospital systems and care-team conversations into one live patient view, within the hospital's existing workflows.
Our Vision
A world where technology handles complexity, so caregivers and families can focus on what truly matters - healing and human connection.
Human-Centered Care
Where care providers can focus on understanding patients' needs without the administrative burden
More Time Together
Where families can dedicate their precious moments together in healing instead of navigating the complexity of healthcare.
Dignity in Care
Where every patient interaction is guided by human empathy and understanding, as technology quietly manages the intricate web of medical coordination
